- Optional 3D Digital Modeling
- Assistance with variance or pre-approval processes when applicable
Construction Documents
- Prepare the necessary construction drawing package
- Liaise with any necessary sub-consultants for structural review, site services, interior design, etc.
- Issue documents for permits and construction
Tender/Contractor Selection
